I’ve had a look what they’ve done to my song kind of month, but it’s over now. I console myself with the fact that many people have look what they’ve done to my song years (Lindsey Lohan, Obama, Qaddafi), and let’s not forget Brad Pitt’s Chanel ad. Other people’s misery prevents total immersion in self pity. I recommend it.

“I’ve had a look what they’ve done to my song kind of month”
me too only mine is not over yet, though I’m hoping to see the end soon
I wish you a good November.
I watch the real housewives of New Jersey. their self-absorption and vapidity makes me feel that all is right with my world. It’s on Sunday nights (though ended for the season) so I can start the week with a feeling of moral superiority. Horrible I know
We all have our little horrible’s. My little horrible’s take up more space every year.
Do tell, what song is this?
I had someone buy one of my favorite surfboards and make it into a wall ornament…is it like that?
Sort of like that.
They should have played this when Jason Morgan was shot and dropped into the harbor Monday on General Hospital.
Also when they tore down Opryland for a shopping mall. Actually, maybe “Big Yellow Taxi” would’ve been better for that.
Glad your month’s over, dear Cooper. And yes, better a month than a year.
They tore down the Grand Old Opry????
BastARDS.
Thank you for not playing the Miley Cyrus cover of this song.
I’ve had my work misinterpreted and rearranged often. It’s always hard to reconcile. But as long as I’m paid I don’t often complain.
You have a point Jacob.
Other people’s misery has not prevented me from total immersion into self pity, which is why I’ve been trying hard to dig deep into my wacky roots of absurdity. To find that special something so void of logic that I forces me to laugh like that of a small child.
“No punch-line today”
