Kale salad is your friend.
I have eaten many Kale salads. Pine nuts are essential.
I know brussel sprouts is so last year but I love it–kale too. I just stare at quinoa after cooking it–strangest food in the world but good
Was reading your “about” and it made me laugh as I have been obsessed with the word “epic” and how its overuse signifies “cool” not!
Miss you Cooper. Would say that your absence is why I haven’t been updating but that’s just a tiny part of the truth
The times between get longer. I’ve been away but now am back. We’ll see what happens. I try to catch up on blogs routinely though.
Happy Valentine’s Day, Miss Cooper.
Absence makes the blogger’s heart grow fonder :) Thanks for checking in on us once in awhile.
Dear Bone I read you often, late but often.
I have a friend that got into Vegan-ism this past year . She says she feels so much better than she did a year ago. She is thinner, has more energy, and in general feels better. This girl also eats like a pig.
Where have you been?
I’m not sure my blog is even still there. lol
Always nice to hear from you Coop. I remember about 6 or 7 years ago we met via the world of blogging. Confusing time for me – you, well, you are never confused…at least in blog.
Time for spring to kick in – say in 2 or 3 weeks.
Apples are perfect for kale salad. And lemon vinaigrette.
