Apparently there is nothing worth fighting for these days except the gold.

I was mad they had curling on cnbc instead of live coverage of women’s sbx. I am a winter sport geek but curling though interesting is not my choice.
What’s sad is that it makes perfect sense what Bayh was saying and yet, since a senator said it, I don’t believe it. Now if we can just chase off the other 99.

There’s probably more to the Bayh story. He would have been reelected with no problems. So something is out there. Can’t say that I’m sad to see him go either.

I don’t think there is as much to any of these guys stories as we’d like to think. That is really the problem.
He was conservative anyway. But it does not give one a sense of great hope as Democrats drop. I pray they get their act together.

I am doing my best to ignore the politics and hope it will go away. Technology seems to have made politics more not less derisive with less work getting done.
What he says makes sense. I can see it being impossible but only if you are not willing to go out on a limb and put it all out there…. that and it would be very difficult- better to give up and go home.
It funny but I am so bored with it all. I am at the point where I figure hell I’ve take exile.
I like the snowboard cross as much as the half and super pipe – lucky they repeat it all in the middle of the night I haven’t seen much of it live. I don’t care if all the politicians quit, they aren’t doing anything for us, the government is at a standstill and the corporations and banks are still having their way with us.

I’m done with Bayh, we all should be.
I’m done with everybody and everything. I went to some Democrat meetings here. People smoked, drank and didn’t talk politics. When I brought up actions such as having a table (minor I know) at street fairs they said people yell at them. So?
You must live in my neighborhood, pia. All those old farts are afraid to do or say anything because someone from church might yell at them or think poorly of them. Time to get some younger blood on some of these Democratic Committees.

It’s amusing as hell to hear the guy who threatened to be the first Senator in history to filibuster his own party’s healthcare bill say that he’s dismayed that nothing is getting done in Congress.
