I’m sitting looking through my books deciding which ones to get rid of. I wish I could keep them all, but one must have room to sleep, live, and breath. My books are usually given away, or dropped at a library, once a year or so. I honestly have to wonder where I even got some of these books. As I’m doing this I hear in the background the local news anchor saying there is some indication that butts like J Lo’s and Beyonce’s could offer some protection against Type 2 Diabetes. A good thing considering the butt I’m sitting on is oh so J Lo/Beyonce. I decide to add the “Trim Your Buttocks in Thirty Days” book to the give away box.

How Ann Coulter is able to continually get the people who dislike her into such a tiz that they end up selling more books for her I’ll never know. Her opportunism knows no bounds, she doesn’t believe half of what she writes/says, she just happens to have her market pegged. What idiot doesn’t like their view parroted. Go ahead, take any one or ten really ignorant and common view points and write a bunch of lies to support them and see what happens. I bet you’d have a best seller.

Larry Flynt (Hustler magazine publisher) insisted that the “Flynt” name stands for quality when it comes to adult entertainment filed a lawsuit against two nephews who are using the family name for their own line of adult films. “Flynt said he is going to court to protect his good name”. Mr Flynt “is concerned that Jimmy Flynt II and Dustin Flynt might tarnish the Flynt franchise by producing lower-quality porn” “inferior products” and “knock-off goods.”
Let me get this straight, the sicko viewing “jerk off” goods is going to stop in the middle of his video induced ecstasy and exclaim, “whoa this is some low quality porn here. What a disgrace to the Flynt name”!

Between 2005 and 2006, birth rates in the U.S. increased 3 percent to 5 percent for non-Hispanic white, non-Hispanic black, and American Indian or Alaska Native teens and 2 percent for Hispanic teens. The rate for Asian or Pacific Islander teens was unchanged, according to a National Center for Health Statistics of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report.
Mississippi takes the honors for having had the greatest increase in births in that time period, the highest teen birth rate in the United States as a matter of fact. More than three times higher than the states with the lowest rates. Mississippi is also one of the poorest states, and they have I believe one abortion clinic left, the rest were closed down and there was an attempt to close down the least one a couple years ago but it failed. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is is the last clinic in Mississippi where a women of lesser socioeconomic means can go for an abortion. You can bet the lawyers, and doctors, and government official’s relatives can go elsewhere, because private doctors can perform abortions in Mississippi, but for a lot more money. Those with no money to speak of, students, Walmart employees, teachers and so forth and those with little education well……. let’s just give them some abstinence only education and wish them luck. Nice way to keep Mississippi one of the least educated, poorest states in the union.

Did you hear about the publicity stunt that Flynt and Joe Francis are pulling; asking for 5 billion dollars for the porn industry? I really hope that the claim that they were actually going to go to Washington with this doesn’t turn out to be true because while I’m a fan of freak shows in general those two happen to two of the biggest douchebags on the planet.

Wow, what a success abstinence only has been. It’s amazing how most of these policies affect only the poor and uneducated. No matter which state.

Actually, today at work my co-worker was telling me how the porn industry wants to be bailed out like the automakers as well. They said this recession just as much and they employ far more people than the auto industry does.

You are very right about Ann Coulter. She’s knows she’s wrong. She just likes the money.
I think Mississippi is not only the poorest but the last in education as well. Both coincide with teen pregnancy rates. This state also heavily favored George Bush and John McCain, and not too mention held more slaves than any other state in the Union. I’m willing to bet that they also frown on teaching evolution in that state as well.
I don’t know much about the porn industry so I’ll have to leave that one alone.

I lived in north Mississippi several years ago for a short time. I hated it. Lots of hills, rednecks, & terrible seafood.
Although their highways are some of the best I’ve seen.
At least it’s good roads to drive out of that state on.
