      I think, looking at how the allocation of funds have been spent over the last eight years, it is far wiser to err to the left this time around.

    The mobscene surrounding McCain is using the words “taxes” but I think their real fear is entitlements.

    It’s not clear to me how we’re going to dig ourselves out of our debt w/o raising taxes and cutting entitlements, no matter who is elected.

    Sandra: Reagan’s tax plan change (after he gave the Rich theirs) he eliminated the tax cuts promised to the middle-lower class. (Deficit problem…raise spending on mil, cut entitlements.)

    We spend more on the military THAN ALL OTHER NATIONS COMBINED. There’s a start.

    If we could actually collect taxes from the Richest 5%, who own at minimum 30% of the nation’s wealth, we might actually get some of the deficit down. If we closed the loopholes to corporations that shift their profits overseas, to avoid US taxes, while paying off the locals to avoid their interference.

    Efficient entitlements can be done.

    But first: we need to investment in America education, infrastructure and job creation. We are ALL READY in the whole at least 45 Trillion as a COUNTRY, what’s 4-5 TRILLION more?
