		<description>The people that fucked up their lives are (in the majority) the people they voted into office. The Reagans, Bush clan, etc.

Which means &#039;they know&#039; they fucked themselves. Unable to admit they picked the wrong path, they deflect it on anyone seen as choosing the right phil.

Maybe it is just my scattered opinion, but anytime your faith rests on ONE book, or ONE philosophy, you are screwed.

Even as much as I support Barack, I don&#039;t dream he&#039;s a miracle worker. Hell, even with all that &quot;POWER&quot; he&#039;s taking over a real ugly mess. No amount of policy making is going to undo decades of decayed values and the attacks he&#039;s got waiting for him once he is elected.

Picked up Krugman&#039;s Conscience of A Liberal. So that might be channeled in this response.</description>
