I’m Not Laughing I Swear

I’m not laughing I SWEAR. I just got back home and clicked on a CNN link to Hilary’s little bit at the convention, and the blah blah blah Pelosi “let’s nominate by acclimation” bit.

And then “Love Train” kicks in.

Oh, never mind I am laughing. Waiting for the delegates to start circling around arms attached to each others back doing the circle dance so often seen a weddings. OH..WAIT…THEY DID.

Just a little too much theater for me.

PEACE OUT

  1. I’ve been doing about half laughing half snoring.

  2. Oh how I miss you!!!!

Nope, not back yet. It has been beyond insane here but I had to pop in to send some besos… been thinking of you as things heat up politically.

    BESOS!!!!!

  3. It’s going pretty well I think. Without theater we are…………………boring neo-cons.

I’m catching much of it after the fact too.

We’re a hokey country, welcome back America.

  4. Oh…I just feel all tingly inside…watching CNN tell me what to think.

  5. Well, at least it didn’t have a canned laugh track to accompany it. Thank the gods for small favors.

  6. The couple something speeches I’ve watched were good. Trying to stay away from the interpreting and analyzing of the speeches, so unnecessary.

If I recall once we had Fleetwood Mac.

    • I am catching most of them on re play somewhere or other. I can’t stand the commentary.

      AW dear Old Fleetwood Mac…..

  7. People all over the world, join hands
Everybody, on the love train, love train

    What, you don’t like O’Jays?

    :P

    • Love the love train and the o’jays, but I keep thinking of he world all standing around as one when we kill the aliens in “Independence Day” or Stop the asteroid in “Armageddon” …you know, good theater.

  8. Ha ha – yeah!
