How about "Wonderful Tonight" by Clapton - true story - he and Pattie were running late for a party and Pattie was taking her time, they had a row and Eric stomped downstairs, picked up his guitar and wrote the song - his apology to her. If anyone out there would like the chords to the song (Working My Way Back to You Babe) - just give me a shout. Wicked – back in high school, the band I was in did that song – or at least made an attempt.
