Think blog awards are silly--right now as the blogosphere is so young, and too many great ones like, uh, yours get overlooked for fluff

Like the small ones that promote blog unity

Consider my real two year two blogeverasary to be November as before that I had no idea what I was doing

Doug came along like a white dawg and rescued me from some radical righters who probably think Ann Coutler is funny and brilliant, and together we barked and gruffed through the blogosphere

Believe this is his 18th month as a blogger.

going home tomorrow or today I guess.  Very educational trip--learned a lot not least that I don&#039;t do grunge hotels well--but it put much in perspective</description>
