I’m leaving early tomorrow morning. I have to work for an hour or two this afternoon, and I’ve no intention of driving in the pouring rain this evening.
I’m going to help a friend celebrate his twenty-first birthday. There are certain friends that we have for life and without a doubt he is in that category. I am lucky to have him as a friend, hence the trek in potential monsoon like conditions-all to be a designated driver. (Just kidding)
Don’t know for sure when I’ll be back. I’m taking the laptop but I’m not sure how much use it will be. I only have two days off. I worked the weekend in order to be able to grovel for this and not look like a spoiled child who has worked a few weeks and now is saying ” I don’t want to be a grown up anymore”. I will actually be doing work for one job while at the beach so go figure.
Notes: I think I’ve written enough inconsequential nonsense over the paste few days to keep you entertained, but some things I’ve read I want to note.

truth be told, sometimes I feel a weird unseen pressure of the blogsphere – and I don’t think I can measure up. It sounds ridiculous to commit such things to words – but I actually feel that way from time to time regarding this here little blog. In fact, sometimes I fantasize about pushing the delete button.…..

Do you ever wonder — secretly — when bloggers disappear if they are really in jail, have died, possibly been murdered their body not discovered yet, or maybe if they are in the witness protection program — and it failed just like everything the government does is apt to do?
Have you ever heard of the blogger protection program???????????

I sincerely hope that when I die it’s not in the midst of writing a post. I’d hate to be writing something like,

Actually, I’ve been in a situation where a blogger was gone for a while who was in prison. So yeah I tend to get those sorts of ideas.
