Spring Break and other Randy Ass Thoughts.

March 11th, 2006 by cooper

Like that title it so has nothing to do with the post but I don’t care.

I’m officially on break. Staying at Ethan’s, with my roommate. Ethan left for Colorado and she is staying in the city for break and has some people coming in to town. Ethan is letting her use his place. I’m leaving for Maryland Sunday will leave for Costa Rica from there Thursday; staying at a loft in a mini city in central Maryland until I depart. I will be doing nothing more than purchasing bug spray, sunscreen, hiking shoes and Immodium the days prior to so don’t expect any college girl gone wild thing from this corner.

Went to see Doubt tonight, pretty good play.

This is for my best friend Adelaide aka/Addy/aka/Gills, for whom the bell always tolls.

Yeah Bison.

She was my best friend in high school and to this day we remain good friends; she is much more a fan of sport than I, but her school was playing for the Patriot League title today, and won so this is a shout out to her. I hope you are not too hoarse for break Gills.

I think I stated this last year at this time. I do like the March Madness thing that goes on as college basketball is one of the only sports that I actually can get into and then only at the end of the season with hopes to see underdogs triumph and all that stuff and only college. (my brother is still freaking out about U Conn’s loss at MSG the other night as he did undergrad there and is a b-ball fool) Other than that I know nothing of it really. My best boy friends played either soccer or lacrosse or chess I never had a basketball player boyfriend or boy friend, never cared for football players. I always thought soccer and lacrosse players were smarter anyway at least the ones I knew. I know, I know the soccer ball hitting the head; how could that be? Well, it just is, and I bet if there was ever a scientific study it would be proven. Except for that one dude who used to play for Syracuse and was I think pretty stupid but hot ass dead on with a stick (I forget his name).

Funny from a softer world .

I have nothing, but I’m spectacular anyway so eat your heart out.

  1. I used to play football. most of the team wasn’t too smart. Ironic though. Football can be an intellectual exercise if you actually think about it. One of the reasons I’m proud to be a Patriots fan. Smartest coach, smartest team.

Had a feeling you’d like that strip.

    WOOO SPRING BREAK *removes top*

Have a blast, Ms. Alice. Have a wild Spring Break full of youth. Scold someone over Darfur. Give a lecture. Live.

    I vote for Burgundy.

Soccer is an great game and lacrosse is as well.
I didn’t know much about it until I moved, yes I currently live in Maryland. They are rabid about their lacrosse here and it is a fine
    game.

    I do love college basketball.

You have a great time and you are spectacular.

Oooh! Costa Rica! A very close friend of mine is from Costa Rica… a beautiful land I hear. I can defnitely attest to the people being delightful. They are the only Latino culture that rolls htier r’s and sound like gringos when they speak Spanish and names such as Jeffrey and the like are common there. Tidbits only a Costa Rican person knows!

As for the link colors, burgundy sounds great but you should put a sample of colors up to see what it looks like against black. I like what you currently have.

Bueno chica, have fun and enjoy the Latino sun!

    I pick red.
My first prep school had no football team, both soccer and lacrosse were equally hot, and cool girls played field hockey. My second prep school had no lacrosse or field hockey teams, football was called “foo-ball” and generally looked down on, and most of the girls soccer players dated each other.
    Have fun in Costa Rica.

Gosh, I wish I was on springbreak. That’s so awesome you are going
to Costa Rica! Hope you get some surfing in! I haven’t been surfing
in a month! The weather here is just nasty!! Have fun and take lots
    of pics!

Wombat: I’m sure there are a few smart football players out there. WOO SPRING BREAK * keeps top on but whips thong off through pant leg via secret formula learned in Chile *

Doug: Give a lecture? LOL Now that is a new one but we will see what happens.….naw I think they’d gag me.

jacob: thank you much you as well.

Mizzy Bohmem: It is I’ve been there when much younger and may appreciate it more now. As long as they do not talk as ast as the Chileans I’ll be fine.

Weirsdo: I only ever played soccer and ran and that was all more just to run around than for any competitive thing I had going on.

Leigh: I hope although it seems there is a lot of talk of river tours whitewater rafting, canopy tours and so we will see. I just know I’m taking hiking shoes and maybe using the boards from there. We are calling one of the two places we are staying this week to see what’s available for boards. protagoras: Your a stalk — broker boy alright. it’s what we call people without email addresses or blogs. ;) Wiki  — ok asap.

dedd: Burnt Sienna…isn’t that the color the links are already?

Yes Cooper Dedd has an ironic sense of humor. I like the purple just
under the “Bush” in your impeach Bush button

My dad played on the NYU basketball team for awhile. Personally
have never been serious with a man who was serious about sports

    Have a wonderful wonderful trip

Hope you have a great time on vacation… lucky duck! ;)

As for the links? I’m thinking a very light tan like my links over at my
old blog “Day by Day”… just a thought. ;)

Take care and have a wild and crazy time! ;)

Pick a light color as “Light” attracts, green, yellow or maybe olive — lighten up ;)

  13. I hope you have a great time in Costa Rica!

I like the brown link color you have now. If you must change it, leave it brown, but a little lighter.
